You're here because, you hear all the stories, read all the articles and you start to notice... Some people seem to cope really well with labour, they're not scared, it goes smoothly and you think, I want my birth to go like that. Some people tell you it was awful, scary, ludicrously painful and traumatic and you know that actually, you don't want to just grit your teeth and bare it. You want to be the person who says... actually birth was great and it will be a memory to cherish forever.
But you don't know what's true. You've heard of hypnobirthing but you wonder if it's too quirky, too farfetched and you wonder if what it says in the books is different to what ACTUALLY happens in the birth room. And what about ceasreans and intervention? Everyone talks about how to avoid them, but what if it happens? What do you need to know to make sure that it goes smoothly.
And then there's the pain... How do I reduce the pain without increasing the intervention.
So much to know, hey? You can find out all this NOW. Literally, now. Come and get involved.
And if you’re still wondering if it will work for you, in 3 years teaching my group courses I have never, ever had an unhappy couple. Ive helped hundreds of couples get the birth that they want and this course is the same stuff but online.
Heres what Katy said..
“such an amazing experience! Beth prepared us for everything, and helped us understand what to expect with so many different aspects of childbirth. my midwife and health visitor are sick of me praising Beth and the course but I genuinely cannot recommend it enough! thanks Beth 😘 I think our little boy is a content and happy baby because you gave us the confidence in our ability and knowledge to do this!“
I’m a midwife at my local hospital, mother of 4 and hypnobirthing teacher so without sounding like a total weirdo, having women feel strong and empowered during their births is literally my life. I’m a mahoussive birth nerd to say the least! All women should know how to stack the odds in their favour to get the birth that they want. All women should know how to still have an amazing birth even when birth goes to plan B.
